How Do I Access The Property?

Each property managed by West Midlands Stays operates a contactless self check-in service. The instructions for check-in are automatically emailed to guests the morning of the arrival date. All information necessary for property access such street addresses and key-safe codes will be included. Check-in from 4pm on the date of arrival.

How Do I Check-Out?

Check-out is completed by returning all property access keys to the key-safe and scrabbling the safe code. We are very appreciative of guests who leave the property in a clean and tidy condition for our cleaning team, although there are no such check-out requirements. Check-out required by 10am on the date of departure.

Why Should I Book Directly?

Booking directly through the West Midlands Stays website gives you exclusive access to the best possible rates across all platforms. When booking through a third-party such as AirBNB or Booking.com, a sizeable portion of your payment will be a service fee to those platforms, by booking direct we can off you the same great service at a much lower cost.

Does This Property Have On-Premises Parking?

Many of our properties have their own dedicated parking areas, although this is not true for all properties. Please make sure to read the property description where the property parking will be detailed. Where on-premises parking is not available, street-parking will be available. 

Do You Allow Early Check-In & Late Check-Out?

Do You Allow Pets?

In some instances we do allow pets during stays but this must be agreed prior to the stay in communication with our service team.

Do You Allow Events & Parties?

We do not allow events or parties to take place in our properties in order to respect our neighbouring properties and to protect from property damage. Guests found to be hosting an event or party will be required to vacate the property and forego the remainder of the booking.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Guests found to be smoking will be required to vacate the property and forego the remainder of the booking.
